On moving day, the moving truck will be weighed without your items and then again once your items have been loaded – the difference being the actual weight of your shipment. One of our long-distance coordinators will then calculate the exact charges and update you with this information as soon as possible.
For shorter distance moves from Toronto to places like Ottawa, Montreal, etc, we offer same to next-day delivery so your items remain on the same truck they were loaded on to minimize risk as much as possible. For longer distance moves to another province or territory, our Toronto movers will complete a detailed inventory service. This process includes tagging your belongings individually and listing a brief description of each item so that there is a detailed record of what is in our possession. The crew will then have you check off this inventory list at your new location to make sure you receive all of your items and that everything is delivered damage-free.
We accept all major credit cards as well as electronic funds transfers as forms of payment. A small deposit may be required for certain moves. Full payment must be made prior to delivery.
