GET AN ESTIMATEWe will review your needs meticulously. We are not one of those companies that send out quotes highlighting the minimum amount owing and then disguising it as a true estimate. We are forthright in what we think each move will cost.
Our experienced and personable moving coordinators spend time speaking with each prospective customer, reviewing in detail his or her list of possessions. We document the inventory carefully, gauge its volume and weight, assess the destination property’s configuration and location, and calculate an estimated price, based on the expected number of man hours needed to perform the job.
We are good at this. In aggregate, our estimates equal 101% of our booked revenue. This means that not only are we very accurate, we actually tend to come in slightly below guidance.
We obviously cannot claim that this is always the case. Metropolitan Toronto has unpredictable traffic, complicated architecture, and buildings with unusual elevator and loading set-ups, but we will always do our level best to do right by the customer.
We hire for cultural fit, and the first criterion that we examine is honesty. One exercise we carry out is verifying that applicants have no criminal records.

In order to provide you with a detailed and accurate estimate for our services, we perform a comprehensive assessment of your needs prior to your moving day. We will work together to collect inventory of the items you need moved using either an online form or a virtual survey of your home. While we do require you to complete these simple steps ahead of your moving day, it will ensure that we have a realistic and uncomplicated plan that you are happy with. As well, these steps will guarantee we have everything set up in the best possible way to avoid any surprises on moving day — both for you and your crew.
